Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ParkForLater (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Your content

ParkForLater lets you save links, notes, and tags (“Your Content”). You retain all rights to Your Content. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.

We do not sell Your Content. We may fetch publicly available preview metadata (page title, description, thumbnail) for links you save in order to render them in your library.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Scrape, resell, or build a competing product from the Service.
• Use the Service to harass others or violate their rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Plans and billing

The Service is offered with a free tier and may offer paid plans. Paid plans renew until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is irreversible and removes Your Content from active systems within a reasonable period. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms.

6. Service availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice for material changes.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
